Merchandising Customer Service Policies Please Read Carefully
PRICES: All prices are in US Dollars ($).
PAYMENT: All payments must be made in US funds ($) by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express ONLY.
SHIPPING: All goods are shipped via first class US mail. We process and ship all orders as soon as humanly possible; however, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and order processing.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Only Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards (in US Funds) are accepted for payment. Orders from outside of the U.S. are shipped via airmail and delivery time is subject to the foreign country's postal and/or customs systems...please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery..
DAMAGED GOODS: In this event, we will be happy to replace the goods or issue a credit or refund. IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED, simply mail the merchandise back to us. As soon as the product arrives, we will ship you replacements.
IF YOUR MERCHANDISE IS DEFECTIVE, please indicate in a note to us what the problem is and return the merchandise. Replacement product will be shipped to you immediately.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGE, please contact us in writing and indicate the problem. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, credit card number and card expiration date. We will contact you as soon as the problem has been researched. Please allow 2 weeks for response processing, and (at least) 1 full billing cycle before results appear on your monthly statement.
